I do this. Glue up all the braces in the dish with the exception of the trasverse brace and the popsicle stick brace (neither of these braces are radiused... they are flat). Then glue those top two braces up from a flat surface. This is how I learned to do it from Frank Finocchio. It works like a charm. |

Like Brock. This makes the upper bout area decend into a flat plane for the fretboard with little or no sanding required to mate up |

SO then, how do you transition the rim from the arch to the flat area? Especially over the headblock. Thanks Shane |
